António Padrão
Is the managing partner and founder of Construções Padrão.
Son of Trás os Montes, he was born into a humble, honest and hardworking family. He started working in agriculture at the age of 5 and from an early age he realised that he would have to work hard to achieve his goals.
At the age of 14 he began to work in the construction world at Vimioso.
Passionate about the art of building he dedicated himself 100% and was quickly
promoted to foreman. Owner of a very strong determination and ambition, António Padrão had as goal to have his own business. And so it was, at the age of 18 he risked everything and went on his goals. facing adversities, he started his first company that would give birth to the present one.
He met his wife, got married and decided to seek better living conditions, went to
setubal where they lived for years in a van with a lot of sacrifice, amassing
everything they could to invest in construction, always in line with their life goal.
In 1995 they managed to start with the construction of two houses in Pinhal Novo, which was the first step for the expansion to Moita, Penteado, Montijo, Aroeira and finally Alcochete.
In 25 years of activity, António Padrão built 58 villas and one building of flats. 25
years where not only his dreams but those of his clients were fulfilled. Where he turned projects into life, into reality.

Filho de Trás os Montes, nasceu numa família humilde, honesta e trabalhadora. Começou com 5 anos a trabalhar no campo e desde cedo percebeu que teria de se esforçar muito para atingir os seus objetivos.

Aos 14 anos começou a trabalhar nas obras em Vimioso.
Apaixonado pela arte de construir dedicou se a 100% e rapidamente foi promovido a encarregado. Dono de uma determinação e ambição muito fortes, António Padrão tinha como objetivo ter o seu próprio negócio. E assim foi, com a idade de 18 anos arriscou tudo e seguiu em frente nunca desistindo dos seus objetivos face às adversidades da vida e começou a sua primeira empresa que daria origem à actual.
Conheceu a sua esposa, casaram e resolveram procurar melhores condições de vida, foram para a Margem Sul onde viveram durante anos numa carrinha com muito sacrifício, amealhando tudo o que podiam para investir na construção, sempre alinhados com o seu objetivo de vida.
Em 1995 conseguiram começar com a construção de duas moradias no Pinhal Novo que foi o primeiro passo para a expansão para Moita, Penteado, Montijo, Aroeira e finalmente Alcochete.
Em 25 anos de atividade, António Padrão construiu 58 moradias e um prédio. 25 anos onde couberam não só os seus sonhos mas os dos seus clientes. Onde converteu projetos em vida, em realidade.
